Maintenance Request Form

  • Urgent Repairs (24 hours)Includes flooding, loss of power, heating failure, or anything posing a health risk.
  • Standard Repairs (within 5 working days)Includes dripping taps, faulty lights, or furniture issues.
  • Low Priority (up to 28 days)Non-urgent cosmetic repairs or requests.

Remember:
🔔 Weekly fire alarm test: Every Tuesday at 11am
🚪 Know your nearest exit — it might not be the way you came in
❌ Never use the lifts during an evacuation
🧍 Evacuate immediately when the alarm sounds — don’t wait
👫 Assist others if safe, but prioritise your own safety
📍 Assembly Point: Manor Gardens — head there and wait for updates

🔁 Do not re-enter the building until you're told it's safe
